If it's less than 7 years old it's probably just a weak battery. Have you replaced it recently? What is showing on the display? If it reads "Lb", replace the battery. If it reads "Err" and is indeed in Warranty, call Kidde at 1-800-880-6788 to obtain Warranty service. *Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, despite the handle. Code 266 and 263, alarm sounding

This is urgent to check immediately - From what I can tell in the manual you are having high levels of CO detected. This is the parts per million reading in your home. See page 6-3 in manual - this the link - -
http://www.detectorsandalarms.com/images/pdf/Manual_KN-COEG-3_900-0113en.pdf

On page 4-2 it says:
If the alarm sounds for carbon monoxide:
1) Operate test/reset button;
2) Call your emergency services ( fire dept. or 911);
3) Immediately move to fresh air - outdoors or by an open
door/window. Do a head count to check that all persons are accounted for. Do not reenter the premises nor
move away from the open door/window until the emergency services responders have arrived, the premises
have been aired out, and your CO and Gas alarm remains in its normal condition.
4) After following steps 1-3, if your alarm reactivates within a 24 hour period, repeat steps 1-3 and call a qualified
technician to investigate for sources of CO from fuel burning equipment and appliances, and inspect for
proper operation of this equipment. If
problems are identified during this inspection
have the equipment serviced immediately.
Note any combustion equipment not inspected by the technician and consult the manufacturer's instructions,
or contact the manufacturer's directly, for more information about CO safety and this equipment. Make sure
that motor vehicles are not, and have not been, operating in an attached garage or adjacent to the residence.
! WARNING:
Actuation of your CO and Gas alarm indicates the presence of
Carbon Monoxide (CO) or explosive Gas which can KILL YOU.
PHONE NUMBER
PHONE NUMBER
When the CO and Gas alarm senses a dangerous level of CO, the unit will emit a loud alarm pattern and display the concentration
of CO in parts per million (PPM). The alarm pattern is 4 short beeps - followed by 5 seconds of silence - followed by 4 short
beeps repeating. (Note: When the unit is disconnected from the 120V power supply and is on battery backup, the alarm pattern will
continue for the first 4 minutes after detecting CO and then the cycle will repeat every one minute). Know how to respond to a CO
or Gas emergency. Periodically review this user's guide and discuss with all members of your family.

Alarm keeps beeping, reads 0

Try testing it first. Press the test/reset button. If it's operating properly on the display:
"GAS" - and it should beep 3 times. Then a number should appear on the display. It should be arround 200. Then it should beep 4 quick times, then nothing for 5 seconds, then 4 quick beeps that keep repeating. It will then show 3 numbers again for a few seconds. When they're gone it will be done resetting. It should show a flashing red light and a 0 or whatever the reading might be. Try this and let me know what happens. If this fixes the problem please rate as fixed. If not, please don't rate yet. Let me know what's going on and I'll be more than happy to help. Thanks.
