Question about Microsoft Wireless Controller for Xbox 360 (Blue)
Are you using a play and charge kit, if so just try taking battery pack out and using normall batterys, as the play and charge kit does not carry any controler info to the xbox only voltage,
so it still acts as a wireless pad even when plugged in,
so what im saying is it could be a rubbish signal due to not having enough power charge,
if this does not fix it and you have tried the proper syncing process involving bothe the sync button on the xobx and the one on the controler its probably a broken controller, you should borrow one off a friend to see if that will connect to make sure not a faulty xbox
