You did not say if you were using cable or antenna. If cable, you need to use the remote that came with the TV. Get into the menu and look for channel setup or an equivalent heading. in one of your menu schemes will be a selection fot ant. or cable. Select cable and the other channels will magically apear when you exit the menu option.
