Thank you for the info so far. However nobody has told or showed me how to connect a numark omni control box to a laptop. The only input is for the mic on the front and the slots at the back are output. I can play music and transmit it on our web radio but I cannot get the mic to work and broadcast my voice. I also have a TASCAM US - 122MKII. Can that be used to help matters? Thanks

You solved the problem in an indirect way. The answer is that the omni control will not work with the virtualdj Pro in order to broadcast on the web. I spoke on the phone to Numark Europe and a very helpful lady emlightened me. My solution was to connect my TASCAM with the headphone and micraphone, the tascam and control are connected to the USB ports on the laptop. The next provblem was to get the right combernation of soundcards etc in the vitualdj. All is now working and although you experts did not know the answer, I am satisfied with the attention I waas given.I would not hesitiate to use your services again and recommend it to friends,

The problem was solved because i was steered in the right direction. The experts did not know the answer but knew where to get it from. In this world it is not always what you know! it'''s who you know. I am pleased to have eventually got what I wanted and would not hesitate to recommend your services to my friends. Thank you for your perseverance and tenacity.

Once you got it connected to virtual pro 7 you just set it up in the settings.. If you have a valid copy of virtual pro there is a lot of stuff you can download on their website. I am assuming you are connecting it through USB. There is a lot of things you can do here is a link in regards to the midi mapper already set up for the unit.
Thank you and enjoy,

What does RF CH mean?

What is the difference between a RF channel and a virtual channel? The RF channel is the channel that the TV station uses to broadcast its signal. Before the conversion to digital, TV stations were normally identified by their channel number, and most people knew that a particular network was on a specific TV channel. While analog broadcasting was being phased out and all TV stations were converting to digital broadcasting, it was necessary for the TV stations to continue to broadcast their analog signals on their original RF channels, and also broadcast their digital signals on a different RF channel. However, since the TV station used their broadcast channel as part of their identification, they wanted to keep using the same channel number. To allow this to happen, the new digital television broadcasting standards (ATSC) provided TV stations the ability to continue to use their original channel number and also tell the TV set to tune to the new RF broadcast channel when their virtual channel number was selected. The original channel number is called the virtual channel number, and it will be followed by a period and a second number (3.1, 7.1, etc.).
One of the benefits of converting to digital for the TV stations is that they now have the ability to transmit more than one program at the same time on the same RF channel. The number of additional channels they can broadcast is determined by the resolution of the program (SD vs. HD, text only, music only, etc.). The second number in their virtual channel number indicates that one of the additional programming sources from the same TV station is being viewed (10.2, 10.3, 10.4, etc.).
When selecting an antenna, it is important to understand the difference between the RF broadcast channel and the virtual channel. Antennas are designed to receive specific ranges of RF channels, and the antenna needs to be selected for the RF channel you wish to receive. TV stations broadcast in two broad frequency ranges, called VHF and UHF. RF channels 2 through 13 are considered VHF, and RF channels 14 through 51 are considered UHF. In order to pick up the channels, the antenna has to be designed for the correct frequency range. It is very common today to find that TV stations using virtual channels 2 through 13 are actually using RF broadcast channels in the UHF range. Although not as common, some TV stations using virtual channels 14 through 51 are actually transmitting in the VHF range. An antenna designed for only UHF channels will not work effectively for RF broadcast channels in the VHF range, and an antenna designed for only VHF channels will not work effectively for RF broadcast channels in the UHF range.

Windows 7 fargo printer drivers

There are no Windows 7 printer drivers available for the Pro-L printer. You may try using the original Windows XP driver if you know how to setup a virtual XP environment in Windows 7 Pro. This requires you to install the printer and the software that uses it inside the virtual XP.

Fp3 player driver for windows 8

Unfortunately, your laptop probably has Windows 8 x64. Fisher Price never made drivers for any Windows 64 bit OS. If you had a 32-bit version of Windows, I'd suggest the Fisher Price Windows Vista and 7 software. It's available here: .

You could try upgrading to Win8 Pro and using Hyper-V to install a legal copy of XP 32-bit (if you can find one), then use the virtual copy of XP to connect to the FP3. (Windows 7 Pro and Ultimate offered Virtual PC with XP mode to get a copy of XP 32-bit without the expense of a licensed copy.) Otherwise, you need a computer with an older and 32-bit OS. However, 32-bit OS's are limited to a maximum of 3GB of memory.

I wish that I had better news for you.

I have used PrintMaster 10 for a number of years on my old computer-XP. I recently purchased a new computer and wish to put the program on my laptop( Windows 7). I tried choosing the compatibilty method...

The only solution with this older software that will work is to use a computer (virtual, dual-boot, or true second machine) with an older version of Windows installed. If you have Win7 Pro or Ultimate (or are willing to upgrade to one of these versions), you can create a virtual XP computer for free. Download and install Virtual PC and XP mode from Microsoft. Install them in order. Then install the XP software in the virtual computer and it will work. (Other virtual computer programs are Parallels and VMWare.) All of the other options will require a licensed version of the older Windows OS. Please note that the virtual computer can't share files directly with the main computer. You'll need to save files to external or removable media (optical media or flash drive, for example) to share them. You can't have a printer installed on both the main computer and the virtual one at the same time. You will be asked to uninstall the printer if you try.

Your other option is to upgrade to PrintMaster Platinum 18.1, see for details, which is compatible with Windows 7. This will import your Printmaster 10 projects.

I hope this helps.
