The size of a picture/photo depends on the resolution that you have set on the photo capturing source(webcam, Digicam etc). So you need to increase the resolution as much as possible to increase the size and quality on the photo. It will also increase the space required to store it.

Hope this will help.....cheers:)

I can't get rid of Error message on my Konica Minolta Z5 : SD card seems blocked, even after reformatting, because some pix may have been rotated 90 degrees ???

The Z5 can display photos that it took. However, it cannot display edited photos. Due to the way the JPEG standard is defined, a rotation of the picture constitutes editing. If you rotate it four times, or once and then undo, it still constitutes editing. If you open a picture and then save it without doing anything else, it still counts as editing. Thus, if you want to put pictures back onto the card, you'll have to use the original pictures.
The proper workflow is to download the pictures to your computer. Then, if you're going to do any work on any of these pictures, do it on copies. This way, if you totally mess up an edit, you'll still have the original.

I have a datatraveler 4gb stick how many photo will it hold

That is not exactly to calculate. It depends on the stored image sizeand quality.
Small pictures could be 400KB a piece, but large ones easily can go up to 6GB
a piece. If you know thye avaerage size of your pictures, you can calculate it.

Put in new 2GB card and it says card full...do I need a bigger card?

just see that the card is not locked...and after that take a look in the menu under storage ..and locate the card options and choose format ...after you format the card it will be seen like it is ...They rarely support bigger cards..and if you think a little even if you make real large photos(in size) like 5 M one ...(this is already quite big for a photo ) ...you have enough space for almost 400 photos...so the card its big enough if you are thinking that a regular size good photo have about 2 M in size...no matter what setting you use...and on this size you have room for 1000 of them ..
just format the card ..

Picture Size to Large?

This may not be the solution; however, please obtain a larger capacity memory card.
A 2GB card will give you several hundred photos. Cost is less than $10.
You really should not lower the resolution. you will lose detail that you may want in the future (really). (4GB card will hold over 999 pictures - $15)
If you must lower the resolution, press "Menu" and use the arrows to move the highlight bar to "resolution" ... change it to a lower number like 6MP. keep the "FINE" setting in place (if your model has that setting) or maybe "BEST".
Do not use "RAW" - (very large pix).
Hope this helps!

Keep getting "invalid file size" when i try to open pictures.

May be the photos are not in JPEG mode. May be the file size is too big to open.

So try to save as Jpeg or Gif format and compress or resize using picasa or other tools available freely.

Ultimate paint, Picasa , Windows Picture Manager etc are some programs... Then transfer to phone and try to view

I have a Innova photo frame. My pictures are on my usb flash drive (card). I have 21 pictures on the flash. Only 12 pictures show on the photo frame. I tried deleting all pictures and putting them back...

This photo frame will only support jpeg files. Other formats can't be displayed as show up as a red x. Also, the picture is 800x600 so larger formated files may not display correctly either. Remove the SD card and look at it using your PC. Check that all the files are .jpg - if not either replace or reformat them to be jpg and it should work fine.

Screen won't display pictures!

From what you are writing it seems that the camera works fine and that the screen is also ok, FIrst of all make sure you have the memory card inside the camera, if you have it in, then take it out, clean it up a little and the slot also. also you can connect your camera to the computer and check if the photos are in the camera or not. Then I would suggest you make sure in the menu that photos are allowd to be displayed. If you have more questions and you made all this post it here and i'll what else we can do.
