by holding 0 button on nokia opens the browser, but you should make sure you have subscribe to gprs with your operator and you have recieved and saved gprs settings in your handset.
have you looked to see if the phone has got gprs settings for your network? if it has not got to the networks website where you should be able to send the settings to the phone
ok u have to contact contact ur phone service provider , not sony but people who u pay for the phone bills .... They will have to activate GPRS from their end and will provide with the settings Nothing u can do until then
you can visit sony ericsson website...go to "support" then select your phone model and click on gprs/mms/wap..... then just follow the instructions given there.... hope this'll helo ya out....
