I have a Samsung model LN40D630 with double picture ,I changed the t - CON BOARD AND ribbon still have a double picture what next?

Always the double image will not by the faulty T con board. There can be problem with the buffer ics which are located in between the tcon and the lcd panel . The buffer ics are not replaceable one because it integrated to the ribbon which is moulded to the panel. Either you have to go for a new panel or a new tv.

I cant open jpeg images on yahoo mail.

1. make sure your images have the .jpg file extension at the end of each name - if not add it manually.
2. Open your image editor and instead of double clicking on your file, try File > Open instead.
3. If that doesn't work try photorescue.

Good general rule = ALWAYS archive your originals as well as any images you subsequently work on / optimise.

Image appears double and slighly off when viewing

I was having a double vision problem with my Barska 10-30X50 zoom, 195FT/100YDS binoculars. One image was always higher than the other. This was tolerable at low zoom, but was further aggravated the more I zoomed in. I found that I could grasp both barrels and twist them in opposite directions (one side up, the other side down) and force the two images to merge--but that was a strain and an unpleasant viewing experience. As an experiment, while looking through the binoculars, I grasped the far end of the right barrel and twisted it on its axis. Nothing happened at first, but after a certain amount of resistance it began to rotate independently of the body. Lo and behold, this shifted the barrel's axis, and the image for that eye moved vertically! I turned it until the two images merged, and now I'm thrilled to say that the problem is solved! I don't have a clue if this would work on any other brand or model, but it's worth a try!

Double image

The distance between the centers of the eyepieces of your binocular must be the same as the distance between your pupils. This distance is adjusted as follows: 1. Focus on a distant object. 2. Pivot the two halves of your binocular farther or closer apart until you can see a single unobstructed, circular field of view. Make sure to focus on a distant object when you do this because when you focus on a close object you always see two slightly overlapping circular fields. Your binocular may have a scale on the top, between the eyepieces, to help you remember this setting.

You will need to repair the convergence circuit to fix the double image. The second issue of the "perfect focus" stopping at 37% will be fixed at the same time. It is halting because the sensors detect no movement of the blue image. here is a link to the part number and how to purchase the board. http://www.partstore.com/Part/Samsung/Samsung/BP9500142E/New.aspx

Minor problem with doubling of image quantity

It happens because there's a range in size for compressed images depending on scene content - could be 2MB (lots of plain surfaces, sky etc which compress very well) to 4-5MB (lots of grass, leaves or high ISO noise). The camera uses the worst case number to tell you how many images it is sure you can get on the card: as you shoot you may notice that it writes an image and doesn't decrement the number of images that can be recorded. It is doing the right thing - the alternative is for it to give you an optimistic number rather than a pessimistic one, and then you'd all be complaining that it said you could fit 100 and you only got 60.
