The baking mode for cakes relies on wet weight of the mixture, not time as there is a humidity sensor that sorts that out.
Press the CA button to select Cake and the weight button to select the weight then start.

What time will i set forhalf kg. of cake on bajaj microwave

The time depends on the ingredients used on the cake as well as the power used by the microwave or convection. So it is important that this is checked or you will have a burnt cake.
On the other side you can start with a lower timing and power and then proceed after the cake is checked which might be safe.

You should be using convection mode first of all. It's not clear from your post if you are. Also looks like you're oven is baking at higher temperature than it says. Try 170 degrees for 13-14 mins instead.

I have an electrolux convection model. the manual does not have suffiencient information on how to bake a cake. could you please explain me the precedure interms of the power selection, time required,...

Firstly I would suggest contact Electrolux for more info.
But in general all cakes are baked and no microwave energies are used.
An oven timer is critical to avoid over-baking.

Cooking temp to bake cake inn convection mode samsung model

Hi I guess you are cooking usng the combination setting? if so The cake will be hard due to increased microwave energy, I would suggest reducing the microwave energy on the Samsung unit when using the combination setting.

Hope this helps
