Scroll down and select: Network Mode
The last entry is: Automatic, select it.
Still not working? Try entering one of the network frequencies you know are in your area.
For some strange reason, I did a hard reset on my phone recently. Not only once, but twice. My phone now finds a carrier with no problems.
