It is very difficult to change the one bearing due to the fact dyson used an unusual size of bearing it measures 90mm od 50 mm id and 36mm thick the nearest replacement is a SKF 633007 c but it is 2 mm thinner than the original DE1012 it also requires heat to remove as it is tightly fitted use a steam generator as used for wallpaper stripping. i think there is some info on a similar site to this one

Dyson CR01 washing machine very noisy on spin cycles

Dyson are pretty good at customer service; they don't like their products going wrong. Even if you've had it for a while, content them and tell them how much you love the product and expected it to work longer than just____________ (fill in with the appropriate time).
They'll probably offer to help and then you can say "I won't have to pay will I?"
BTW it sounds like the bearing (if it's a whining or continuous sound) or could be something loose if it's rattly. You don't need to know before you call them.
Look here for the manual -
and here for service
in case there's something very simple

The soap drawer on my dyson washing machine wont close properly

my cr01 memory did suffer from this problem
i found the hot water entering the machine was too hot and the outer part of the soap dispenser had become distorted.
the solution is a replacement outer part.
bear in mind Dyson will be no longer supplying parts or support for the washing machine at the end of this year

My Dyson CR01 keeps saying it is not filling but have checked everything that i can and all seems fine can anyone help

if it is actually filling but can't detect it its usually a plastic reducer with a small pipe connected that snaps, its right behind the inner door hinge on the outside of the drum and requires the front of the machine removing to get to it, though you can check it with a torch by prying the drum to the right from the front and looking down the side of the hinge for a loose small rubber pipe

I live in Portugal and my Dyson Cr01(bought in Belgium in 2002) has had problems every year since then. Dyson helped until now,by sending parts that I installed myself, but last week I got fault 11 and 15...

I have decided that was time to end my Dyson induced headaches, and i actually dismounted the machine into single components.
Every component except for the tub and drum assembly is in good working condition, and available for whoever needs them, for a very cheap price. From cables and panels to electrical and mechanical components, every part of my Dyson CR01 ready to ship, whoever is in need anything just get in touch with me to my gmail adress ( and we will arrange a good deal.
I want to get rid of all of it before the end of the year, if possible, for space reasons.

Worn bearing on Dyson CR01 drum

its all down to the water seal in the bearing housing if this is gone the machine is scrap as you can not get them.. The bearings can be got from any good auto (car) bearing supplyers.they need to patten mach them for size.this is the main steel bearing that the hole drum spins on there is also a small brass bearing thats part of the two way drive system but this needs a puller to get to it..bottem line is if the drum does not turn both ways in side its scrap..if you take the back off and theres rusty/gressey water dripping off the back off the drum..scrap it
