Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOKRZR K1 Cellular Phone
Yup, my Krazr went in the water. I have no better explanation than I was drunk. I tried blowdrying it. Now it'll come on, but the keypad doesn't work, and after five minutes or so it goes straight into picture taking mode. I have over a year worth of pictures that I didn't save anywhere else. How do I get them out of the phone, before I send it back to the insurance company, without any of the keys working?
If you have or (or get online) a usb cable suited to your exact phone, with download software (should be $20-50) it should operate the download entirely from the software window with no help from the phone except to be on

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
