Reloaded windows xp and now i am unable to connect

Hi, First option is to locate the Drivers and Utility Disks that came with your computer and use it to re-install all drivers; especially the one that allows you to connect to the network / internet service. Second option is to go to a computer (maybe a cafe) that is connected to the Internet, go to the support page of your computer manufacturers website, download the essential drivers you need, save them to a USB / Flash disk and then go install on your own computer.

My Acer LT crashed and I need to reload Windows

No, as far as I know, Microsoft does not allow download of Vista. There are two ways:

1) Legal way: Call Microsoft or Acer and ask for a replacement CD (You may have to pay)

2) Illegal way: Download Vista from Internet

When using internet my pc hang

use WinsockFix will solve your problem, if you using Win XP click Here to download it.

Read this for Vista :

When Winsock corrupts, the networking errors that you may face include unable to surf the Internet with “Page cannot be displayed” error message in Internet Explorer or AOL even though the DSL/ADSL/cable Internet connection is connected. Sometimes, Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service is terminated as well. To repair and reset the Windows Vista
  1. Click on Start button.
  2. Type Cmd in the Start Search text box.
  3. Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter keyboard shortcut to run Command Prompt as Administrator. Allow elevation request.
  4. Type netsh winsock reset in the Command Prompt shell, and then press the Enter key.

Vista Home Premium crashed. Reloaded, www, graphics driver no-go

I would try to use the System Restore feature, if you have not already. Choose a date prior to when it crashed on you and it should work.
