Your pc has just died and since you don't get any error beeps it means that it's a critical failure: it's either the power source or the motherboard.
Simple test to determine which: take out the power source completely off the case, plug it in the power cord, locate in the ATX power connector (the big, 20 pins one) the green wire then join it (a paper clip will do) to the black one(the ground) next to it: if the fan starts the the power source is basically on - test the rest of the voltages , the code for them is on the label.
If the power source is ok then the motherboard has failed, you will have to replace it.
