WRONG RESTORE CD IN HP PAVILION A1330N

I have a hp pavilion a1330n but my daughter down load a wrong restore cd because I didn't have any cd and she restore with windows xp for the T1840 e-machine and now is asking to register what can I do to restore to the original setting if I could and by the way I lost the card for the local interned.And I don 't have any interned in the other pc what can I do .
Do I have hope.

Alright, if I understand you...You possibly lost the original operating system disc for your HP Pavilion, and your daughter used a Windows XP restore disc, and now it is asking you to register the software?

AND you also lost the set-up software for your Internet provider?
