If u need to go to recovery, restart phone then hold up vol and home button together.

If its stuck on download mode, use odin (latest) to flash stock firmware and also u need to have pit files. Search XDA Developers for files you need.

Reset C6400 ERROR
turn the power switch off and open the front cover.
Then, turn the power switch on and press the system menu/counter key to enter the maintenance mode.
Select Service setting using
the up/down cursor keys.
While pressing the start key and the # key,
press the enter key..........Maintenance mode is entered.
Select Maintenance mode using
the up/down cursor keys.
Press the enter key.
Enter the maintenance item
number U163 using the up/down keys.
Press the enter key.
Select Execute using the up/down cursor keys.
Press the enter key. The fusing problem data is initialized.

Here is what I gather from the picture of the faceplate.
You choose the standard deviation mode (SD) by pressing MODE 3.
You might have to choose 1-Var or 2-Var. (not sure, but 1-var for sure)
You enter a data item followed by the DATA (RUN) key. Keep entering data and pressing RUN.
While in SD MODE, if you press the 1 key you get the avregae xbar, if ****** you get the sum of squares of the entered data. Looking at the digit keys, They all have statistical markings: (A, B, and r) are for regression analysis, (7,8, 9). 2 has the population standard deviation sigma n x, 3 the sample SD, etc. That should get started. And please, experiment. There are not many variations, on th statistical theme on scientific calculators.

C6400 is a fixing unit error. You may need a new fixing unit but most of the time it can be reset in maintenance mode.

Use the following steps to enter the maintence mode, once there follow the steps for maintence mode 163 (reset fuser error). Do not do anything else in the maintenance mode area because you could damage your machine.

Press the enter key.

Enter the maintenance item number (163) using the up/down keys.

Press the enter key.

2. Select Execute using the up/down cursor keys.

3. Press the enter key. The fusing problem data is initialized. (Four service calls, namely C6000, C6020, C6050, and C6400 are reset.)

Completion

Press the back key. The indication for selecting a maintenance item No. appears.

When a service call concerning the fusing section occurs, turn the power switch off and open the front cover.

Then, turn the power switch on and press the system menu/counter key to enter the maintenance mode.

Purpose

To prevent accidents due to an abnormally high fusing temperature.

Method

1. Press the enter key. A selection item appears.

2. Select Execute using the up/down cursor keys.

3. Press the enter key. The fusing problem data is initialized. (Four service calls, namely C6000, C6020,

C6050, and C6400 are reset.)

Completion
Press the back key. The indication for selecting a maintenance item No. appears.

Turning power switch off and back on.
