Question about Williams Heating & Cooling
Possible your not getting a call for the heat either a bad thermostat or control wire... at the unit take a jumper wire and jump the terminal labeled "r" and the terminal labeled "w" these are your power and your heat circuit see if this brings the heater on ...if it does then you have a bad control problem either with the thermostat or one of the wires going to the thermostat... if this does nothing then you may have a bad gas valve not opening the second stage post again with any questions.... good luck
