my psp wont update.it says momery stick could not be read error(80010005) befor saving update then it saves but never passt 0% and says samething exept now its error(80020321). i got 3.71 version

- i try to update my psp but when i try it says "the memory stick could no be read. if you cancel , you may not be able to start the psp system.check that the memory stick is correctly inserted and then press the x button.(80010005)
