The driver that connects the computer sound system is not working and I have no sound

If you can afford a soundcard place this in the pc and disable the onboard soundcard as this onboard soundcard requires updates from the manufatures website plus download the latest updates for motherboard this is the only help I can give on this problem.

I can not get a sound in my computer


if your computer came with a motherboard disk the sound drivers could be on it
control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio you will find 3 drop down lists make the necessary adjustments there or
control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound video and game controllers could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers

My speakers on my Dell computer quit working.


1) check audio driver is installed in system or not it may have some one remove audio driver.
2)If driver installed check volume is not mute.
3)If all thing is ok check speaker in another system by connecting it.
4) If spk is working in another system. it means sound card of that system is faulty.
