Question about Jwin JCAM100 Webcam
The drivers that you need for devices such as sound, video, scanners, ethernet cards, etc. Are usually contained on a driver CD that was shipped from the manufacturer with the device. If you do not have this CD, you will have to visit the manufacturer's website to download the drivers that you need. You need to go to http://www.jwin.com
Once you get to the website, look in the support or downloads section of the site for the model number of your device.and select the drivers you need for download.
In the event that you cannot locate the driver(s), look for a "contact us" link on the website support or home page. This link will provide you with contact information (phone or E-mail) and allow you communicate your problem to them.
