1. off the upper and lower ends with flat plastic or apadded flat head screw driver so as not to scratch your stainless steel. Atwisting wrist action will suffice. 2. Now the screws are exposed, you can re-tighten them. 3. Replace the plastic covers starting with the base whichhas a small plastic the goes into a slot in the main handle. Then glide therest forward and it snaps in effortlessly.

On the side of each handle are 2 setscrews. Use a 2.5 mm Allen wrench to loosen or tighten the handle.
