You have to connect your phone with the pc and need a flash box then from there you can default your restore factory code which is 12345.If you haven't then please go to any mobile servicing center then asked them to restore your factory code. Thanks
If you have forgotten the security password, You can do a master reset to your mobile phone. This would restore your phone with default factory settings. you can get the master reset code for your mobile phone from any Nokia Priority dealer.
What is the model of your mobile phone? You need to do a master reset to restore your factory settings. If your mobile is one among the Nokia model the default security code must be 12345. If it is one among the model of Nokia DCT 2/3/4 you can get the free master reset code from www.unlocking4free.com by submitting your IMEI number.

Follow the steps :
Press "Menu" > "Settings" and locate "Restore Factory", select it and enter "12345" as code when you are asked, confirm if you are prompted and check if it does help or not. Once it's done, restart your phone if it doesn't restart itself.
