You can call 1-800-3-conair . The cs36r has a 2 year warranty. Even if you do not have a receipt, they can use the manf date on the silver prongs on the electrical plug (4 digit date code). If this is within 2 years, you can return it after obtaining a return service number. i had to send my daughter's back after only 8 months. They answered on the first ring and within 5 minutes I had the number to send it back. There is a $3 charge for the return shipping. Hope this helps anyone out there with the same problem.

I have the CONAIR mini hot rollers in a small black pouch. Do I heat them up in the pouch or take them out of the pouch to heat up? They don't seem to get hot so maybe I should heat them up in

there will be operating instructions as to how to heat up the rollers. If they are not getting hot check the heat setting or return them for a refund or replacement.

NOT HEATING

Try with another outlet and see if there is power, If not it is possible that the main wire had snapped, the plug has an open connection or finally the element or the heating cut off switch has failed.- normally a bi-metal switch. using a multimeter can test the continuity so as to confirm this case.

Conair waterfall footbath

You might try disassembling it and checking for a blown fuse. Does it have a on cord reset like most hair dryers? Try resetting that if it does.

If you just purchased it today or up to 30 days after purchase, TAKE IT BACK!!. If you start having problems from the beginning you will possibly always have them.

Conair steam cleaner sc20 - plugged in, pushed button, no steam

If you need instructions go to www.HandBookLive.com. There are videos for GS4 and GS10 under Appliances category. It says that steam is produced in about 5-6 minutes after you turn power on. Also there is a low water indicator light on GS10 that kills power to teh unit if the water level is low. Maybe that's the problem... Not sure if sc20 is similar
