The card has become corrupted. You can try to retrieve the pictures with a file recovery program. eg. http://www.piriform.com/recuva

When i conect my nikon s3000 camra to my pc usb open and then it vanished.bt i copy picture to camra in my pc bt dont paste any picture in it whats problam is this ?

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use Nikon Transfer or any other photo cataloging program.

The kluge solution is to do your memory card housekeeping while you have the card attached to your computer for download.

Memory card full but wont show any images.

The reason this occurred is that you likely never formatted the card. The card will work fine in the beginning but eventually will corrupt. AFTER you've recovered the photos, format the card in your camera to prevent this from happening again (dig out that instruction manual to figure out how). Keep in mind formatting will also totally erase your card, so again only do this AFTER you've recovered the photos.

Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here's some freeware photo recovery software that should be what you're looking for.

You will need to use a USB flash card reader with this software. If you don't have one, get one, they're inexpensive these days with cost not an issue (around $2 for an SDHC portable). Just make sure that the reader that you purchase states that it's capable of reading SDHC cards.

Have you tried a new memory card? It might have been damaged, when it was jammed.

My memory card is full but my camera reads "no images."

Don't fret, your images are probably still there. But take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here's some freeware photo recovery software that should be what you're looking for:

http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/recovering-those-accidentally-lost.html

You will need to use a flash card reader with this software. If you don't have one, get one, they're cheap:

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_st?keywords=card+reader&rs=172282&page=1&rh=n%3A172282%2Ck%3Acard+reader&sort=price

And finally, after (and only after) you recover your images, format your card. This should refreshen your card to be usable again. Format it in the camera, using a "Full" or "Low Level" format, and NOT a "Quick" format. Keep in mind that the photos will no longer be recoverable after doing the Full or Low Level format.
