Question about Computers & Internet
If you can live with losing all the data on the netbook, you can reset it to factory original by pressing and holding alt + f10 right after you power it on. This will trigger the Acer e-recovery management utility which will allow you to reset it. If you do this, you will lose all data on the pc. If this is a problem, you may have to take it to a service shop to have your data backed up first. Also, if you can't get the alt+f10 thing to work, you can take it to an Acer authorized service centre and they can send it to Acer for warranty repair as it is less than 1 year old. Acer normally does not cover software issues, but if alt+f10 doesn't work, it could be an issue they will cover under warranty.
Hope this helps!
