Question about Dell OW7658 (J4624SK8115RT7D50) Keyboard
Unplug the usb keyboard, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. That should do it. If not, try a different usb port on the pc or try testing the keyboard on another pc. The keyboard may be dead.
Hope this helps!
