The samsung cell phone must be compatible with the t mobile phen. A samsung dealer can tell you if it is.

To send a picture from your cell phone, you need to have internet service on your plan. You have to call customer service for the cell phone provider, they will guide you thru the steps to program your phone.

Samsung star II duos GT-C6712 gives the message: SIM card removed.

I suspect that the phone which you are using is SIM locked and hence you are facing such problem. Usually the phones which are SIM locked cannot detect the SIM card other than the SIM card which has been allowed to be used. If any unsupported SIM card is inserted in the phone, such errors will be faced. Therefore I would suggest that you check if the phone is SIM locked or not and then go ahead with different troubleshooting procedure.

Sending picture msgs using t-mobile sim card service not at&t. Gsm unlocked phone.

if your phone is gsm lock to a certain network you cant really send text messages. The first thing you need to do is unlock the phone so you can use any network providers sim card. Try getting the phone. But remember that unlock codes are not free there are sites that sells them for a minimal amount..hope this info has helped you in anyway..

WHEN I TRY TO SEND A TEXT IT COMES BACK WITH AN ERROR MESSAGE

what is the exact error message?usually, the reason why we cant send messages might be the incorrect message center numbers in the message settings.you can first try powercycling the mobile phone, turn it off then remove the memry card, sim card and battery.place back everything aftr 5minutes then turn on mobile phone and try sending message back to your own number.

I cant recieve or send any mms or picture messages. It says "Connection failed, Try again?" and it does that over and over and it doesnt send. Help me fix this please!

Hi, the problem is related to your sim card (network), not your samsung cell phone. In most cases, regarding text messages, the problem is from the Service Operator. Have you tried the sim card on another phone? If not, remove the sim card, insert it on another phone and try sending a message from another mobile to you number, or you can do it in vise versa by inserting another sim card on your mobile.

If you can't receive text messages even it's inserted on another handset, then you need to call the customer care of your Network Operator and tell them your problem, they will help you fix it immediately.

You can check the message center number, but I don't think it's very much important in your case, well, if you wanna try, just check the text message settings and verify that the message center number (which is currently in use) is the same number which is on another phone with the same network (the other sim should be of the same network in your area). If it's different, make the changes and save the settings. Also disable the "Receive Via" or similar settings.. (I can't recollect the exact settings as i don't have the same model with me, please excuse me for this.).

If the same sim card doesn't receive text messages using another handset, don't bother to change the settings or to make any changes with it, first call the customer care and verify from them, you may make mistakes instead of fixing it.

Take care.

hi there,
you sim card does not work the phone or the phone might lock with other provider-- try to turn off the phone - take out the battery and sim card - wait for 30 sec - put the sim card then the battery in - wait for 30 sec - turn on the mobile .. i hope you will able to make calls now.

sms thing... go to message settings - look for message center number if there is then it will be ok when you restart your phone but if you didnt find it call custoer service and ask the message center number. get it write it and you are ready to seend messages.
