SOURCE: I need a new carafe

Starbucks has posted the following on their site:

All Starbucks Barista-branded espresso machines, brewers and grinders have reached the end of their time under warranty, and we can no longer support the replacement of defective parts or products. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause:

You will need to find a replacement from a secondary parts supplier and may have to select a similar product from another brand.

I have a Emerson lf320em4a with cracked glass can I take the glass out and would it still work

It is a microwave designed to work as sold ....not with modification. Microwaves can cause cancer I believe. Have the glass replaced , have the machine properl repaired or buy a new one would be my thinking.

My blender Leakes at the gaskit or ring

Best is to clean the leak and then observe using a good powerful lamp to check into the sections.
It can leak at the gasket or the ring or from a WORN OUT spindle shaft.
So check the play of the shaft as if the BUSHES are wron out the liquid can leak.

Hi my sf 80hj washing machine leak below ( rotating shaft) sos thank

A rubber gasket (seal) must be replaced. This seal connects the bottom of the tub to the rotating shaft (Agitator shaft).

A variety of factors determine how long these rubber gaskets last befroe they start cracking.

The seal is available from most appliance parts stores (local and on-line). The trouble is replacing it, it take about 2 hours for an amature and some major disassembly. Removing the agitator, the inner tub (the one that spins after rinse cycle), and some shaft pieces.

Cost for a repair technician will be about $150 to 200 (guess only - I am not sure about the rates in your town).

Good luck.

I am looking for seals for the mixer part of my West Bend bread machine. It is a traditional style loaf machine.

Have not seen seals sold separately. You will need you model number to check for available parts from West Bend:

You might consider contacting West Bend directly:

An alternative source for replacement parts:

I have to press the brew button 3 times to get a cup of coffee. I don't get it, it's only 1 yr old. I have a salon, and have sold many of these, just by telling my clients, how wonderful it is, and brewing...

Perhaps it is a domestic machine used commercially, in which case it has probably served you and your clients well however, try replacing the switch actuator and if under 12 months old, have a go for a warranty repair!

Either fit a new neoprene gasket or if you don't mind the flavour, use a heatproof sealant that is sold in many DIY stores.
