We have a new OFC2400TIF heater. We have set a program which worked for a day. Now the heater will not work on either manual or auto. The display lights are all on, the screen indicates that the heater is...

The heater may need to reset itself. Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF and unplug the heater from the wall outlet. Wait 12 - 15 minutes and plug the heater back in. Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON and set the controls as you normally would. Hopefully, that 12 - 15 minute timeout allowed the heater to reset itself. If this continues to occur, contact Dimplex Technical Service at
888-346-7539.

Hope this helps you to further troubleshoot and solve the problem.

My Pentair NT heater goes on by itself the next day after running spa the night before. What can be done to fix this problem>?

Depends on how you turn it on: At the heater itself or with an automation system. If its with an automation system than your problem is with it. I assume this is the case.

When you turn the spa off make sure you turn the heater off first and then wait a few minutes before turning off the spa pump.

Also, check your programming.

I have a bfh5000 bionaire electric heater and it wont turn on and the red light blinks ???????

First turn the heater off using the On/Off switch. Then unplug the heater for 12 - 15 minutes. This will allow it time to reset itself if possible. Then plug the heater back in and turn it ON. If it didn't reset itself, check the receptacle its plugged in to to make sure that it's still working. If it's not, the circuit breaker for that receptacle has been tripped and will need to be reset in your home's circuit breaker panel. If the heater trips it again, there is a short somewhere in the wiring of the heater, which will have to be repaired.

Hope this helps you Troubleshoot the problem. Please let me know.

How come heater fan wont blow

there are a few things that will cause this problem.
1. it could be the heater fan fuse
2. could be the heater fan motor itself
3, a bad switch or relay

check the fuse and then check for voltage at the heater motor itself, if you have voltage at the heater motor,, give the heater motor box a love tap with your hand and see if it starts to turn, if it does not turn or even if it does ( after tapping it ) - it is time to replace the heater motor.

Heat

Mine did the same thing. The quick fix is to turn the knob to the heat side, then push gently on the knob itself. You'll instantly feel the air get warmer. The real fix entails taking the dash apart.
