Need instructions to replace fuse

First unplug the microwave, then remove 2 to 4 screws over the grille vent. Remove the grille vent. Depending on the model, you either slide it to the left a little bit (1/4 inch) then pull it out, or tilt out the top of it followed by the bottom. Now you should see 1 screw that holds the top of the control console in place. Remove it, then lift up on the control console to free it past the tabs, and tilt out the top. Now, depending on the model, you may see the fuse behind the control console, or if it's not there, then remove the 1 or 2 screws that hold the metal grill vent that's located above the control console. Remove that metal grill, and your should see the fuse behind it.

How do you change the bulb in a Kitchenaid microwave Model KBMC140HSS03

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

To replace the light bulb first remove the screws located on the vent grill at the top of the microwave, tilt the grill back and then pull away to remove. After this open the light cover , you have to remove the screws so that you can discard the old light bulb and then replace it with a new one. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

I have a 1996 whirlpool over the range microwave. i.m try to replace it with a new one . but i cant get it down.... help ?????

Sorry to read about your problem, I hope this helps you out.

look for 2 to 3 screws in the top cupboard, if you do not see any, then you have the type, where you have to look at the top of the grill and look for a round metal rods, that look like you can put a screw driver, and loosen them..

it takes 2 people to remove..

I tried to help you. Please help me and Rate/Vote on my response. We take the time to answer your question's. take the time to rate us.Thanks and good luck

I cant uninstall my whirlpool microwave

The mounting bolts are usually inside the cabinet on top of the microwave. They are usually allen screws or star screws.

Whirlpool microwave hood combination has code f2 on touch panel. Model number: MH-1150xm

The F2 error means you have a shorted membrane keypad.

If and when an oven is coming on or doing anything by itself, this is very dangerous and can result in a fire.

So until it is repaired, please leave it unplugged or leave the door open when it's not in use, and of course one should never leave a microwave unattended while cooking.

On these models, usually the membrane keypad is not available separately, so you would have to order and replace the control panel frame which comes with a new keypad (sometimes called "panl-cntrl").

The part availability and cost will depend on the full model number from the tag on the unit, and it will be one of these:

MH1150XMB0
MH1150XMB1
MH1150XMB2
MH1150XMB3
MH1150XMB4
MH1150XMQ0
MH1150XMQ1
MH1150XMQ2
MH1150XMQ3
MH1150XMQ4
MH1150XMS0
MH1150XMS1
MH1150XMS2
MH1150XMS3
MH1150XMS4
MH1150XMT0
MH1150XMT1
MH1150XMT2
MH1150XMT3
MH1150XMT4

You can order the part and find helpful exploded view diagrams here.

In this case, you simply move your circuit board into the new frame. That is a simple do-it-yourself job.

At our Web site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

Then you unplug the keypad (as per the photo below) and move the circuit board into your frame.

Light won't go on; Model MMV1153WB-O

You can download owner's manuals and installation instructions for several brands (including Amana, Frigidaire, Jenn-Air, Kitchenaid, Litton, Maytag, Roper, Tappan, Thermador and Whirlpool) here.

Enter it as MMV1153WB0 (no dash, zero on the end, not "oh")

Or just get it here, to be more exact.
On page 4, it says:

"Installing/Replacing Filters and Light Bulbs
■ Grease filter: Grease filter is on the underside of microwave
oven. Clean monthly. Slide the filter away from the tab area,
and drop out the filter. To reinstall, place end of the filter into
the opening opposite the tab area, swing up the other end,
and slide it toward the tab area.
■ Charcoal filter: The charcoal filter is behind the vent grille at the
top front of the microwave oven. The charcoal filter cannot be
cleaned, and should be replaced about every 6 months.
Remove 2 screws on the vent grille, tilt the grille forward, lift it
out, and remove filter. To reinstall, place the filter into its slotted
area – wire mesh side up, replace vent grille, and secure with
screws.
■ Cooktop light(s): The cooktop light bulb(s) is(are) located on
the underside of the microwave oven, and is(are) replaceable.
Remove bulb cover screw, and open the bulb cover. Replace
bulb, close bulb cover, and secure with screw.
■ Cavity light: The cavity light bulb is located behind the vent
grille at the top front of the microwave oven, under the bulb
cover, and is replaceable. Remove 2 screws on the vent grille,
tilt the grille forward, and lift it out. Open bulb cover and
replace bulb. Close bulb cover, replace vent grille, and secure
with screws."

HINT: Unplug the oven before removing or installing the bulbs, or you may need this service.

I need to uninstall my whirlpool model mh7130xeq1 what is the best way to do this and do I need two people?

I'll assume this is over the range. If uninstalling alone please move the range out of the way. Pad the floor nearby to have a place to put it down when it comes off the wall. Be careful of the floor when moving it. Empty the microwave compartment. There should be 2 bolts or screws through the bottom of the upper cabinet that thread into the top of the microwave, these support the front and a back plate that is fastened to the wall that supports the back. Unplug the unit loosen the front support bolts, be ready when they release you'll catch about 50-60 pounds on the front. Tilt the front down and pull the cord out of the bottom of the cabinet. Grasp the microwave with both hands keep it tilted down in the front and lift the back slightly to remove it from the back plate. Set it down on the padding and celebrate success. Good luck. Yes one person can safely remove the microwave.

I found these instructions at Whirlpool they may help. Different model, same concept. Take link for instructions.
