Generic problem for all Tools and Hardware
Engine wont start (by 2 users)

Deck is up, no fuses blown, battery up to par, parking brake on,
1 Other User Has The Same Problem

Similar problem - instaolled new battery and checked for proper charge. Sitting on the mower while depressing the brake pedal. PTO is disengaged. Engine "clicks" like it is a dead or low battery and engine will not turn over.

ApprenticeIf you are talking about a riding mower, then try turning the blades off before starting mower. I had my blade switch in the on position once and could no figure out why the tractor wouldn't start until I pushed the mower into the garage.
