Oil leaking out of spark plug

while checking spark plugs the last one on the right I pulled off the wire and the wire was covered about half way up with oil

GuruThere are seals that mount between the valve cover and head that are supposed to prevent oil in the sprak plug hole,sounds like you have a bad one.
