I have a modded PSP 2000 and after downloading the PSX game you have to convert the ISO to EBOOT.PBP using POPSConv.exe ad after conversion you place the eboot into the PSP/GAME folder. If you have PSX game disc check out http://www.psxpsp.com/ps1-support-help.php. Depending on your converter you may have to make config changes and or use with an emulator.

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I dont know how to use the playstation store on my sony psp

First thing you need to do, is make sure you have the newest firmware installed. Either via wifi connection, or by going to PSN.com and downloading the newest firmware to a thumb drive to install it manually Then the "STORE" option should be available. The other option it to sync it with a PS3 and visit the store, then install from the PS3.

I wish can download and playing games on my psp 3005. would u help what kind of game file, where to save it, or what should I do? please n thanks a lot.

Unfortunately, you can't. Downloading games onto a PSP requires custom firmware, which cannot be installed onto PSP-2000's with a TA088V3 motherboard, and cannot be installed to ALL 3000 series PSPs. The problem lies in the way the board is built, and if you attempt to install custom firmware, you will irreversibly "brick" it. If you don't believe me, check the rest of the internet, they will tell you the same thing. Also, you cannot install custom firmware if your current firmware is above version 5.03, unless you have a Pandora's battery, or a Datel battery tool. If you want to download games, then buy a psp-1000 series. i sold my slim and replaced the screen on my old 1000, and now i'm playing grand theft auto without a disk:) Otherwise, the only way to do that on a 3000 would be to buy it off of PSN, but i have never done that. Leave a comment if you get a 1000 and want to put custom firmware on it..

How can i install games in psp from the computer?

You must have a PSP-1000 or PSP-2000, I have never worked with PSP-3000s but they might have finished those as well by now. And PSPGo's also have custom firmware now.

Or if you mean games from actual PSN, just download their media client from playstation.com and it's simple point and click.

Custom firmware is a process that inserts custom code into the firmware(operating system pretty much) files and allows it to run unsigned code/skip security data, etc. If you have a friend with a pre-modified PSP ask him/her to make a Pandora's Battery, allowing you to instantly go to custom firmware, no matter what firmware you are on. There are 1000s of tutorials for the exact same thing all over google, they're easier to find than google itself lol. But if your PSP is over a certain firmware(aka if you've updated lately) you will not be able to do this process without a pandora's battery.

How to play my psx game on my psp

This is a problem occurring in all the play station consoles....... this is mainly because of the poor quality of the disc.....as a result it leads to the damage of ur PSP lens..............use good original discs........the heating effect is due to the long usage of pirated discs ...
check your lens if its working good then better download this Repair Guide for further information .........

Where to download free psp games?

Unfortunately, It's true. You can't get free games unless they're demos. I have searched for a way to get free games for a long time. It's not possible unless you are using a custom firmware, such as DarkAlex's custom firmware. That would require a Pandora battery and othe hacks. It may be possible to downgrade the firmware to and earlier version, but you would lose some of the new features Sony provides. You can find demo that are not on the PlayStation Network (PSN for short) on various websites. However, they are only demos.

I just updated my psp to version 6.00 and i i am not able to play my iso games please helpme in my problem friends

This is not reversable without a pandora battery and a magic memory stick, the pandora battery is a modified battery that lets your psp boot from a special memory stick (magic memory stick) into service mode, from there you're able to reflash your psp to a custom firmware, this needs also to be on that memory stick, since your not able to use USB or Wifi in the service mode.

You've flashed your psp with official Sony
firmware, this lets you play only games that are bought from PSN and does also only run games
from UMD.

Succes.

Is psp2004pb can play games in memory stick?

psp can only play games using the UMD drive, you can only play game demos using the memory stick.
Upgrade your psp firmware version to 5.00, it adds playstation store to the psp where you can buy and download full games onto your psp, all you need to do is create an account using the playstation store on your psp if you upgrade it to 5.00.

Use this link to help you upgrade you psp to 5.00

don't forget to download psp media manager 3.00 on your pc.
use this link for psp media manager.

How to download games to psp

You need custom firmware to play downloaded games on a psp.

Google: PSP Custom Firmware

What version of PSP do you have?

That makes a big difference in your chances to put custom firmware on it.

Most people ask about playing downloaded games and dont even know they need a special firmware to run them, because of course sony does NOT support it.

How can I play PSX games?

You need to put the whole folder with the EBOOT.PBP and the KEYS.BIN in it, in the GAME folder. Before that I would upgrade to M-33 custom firmware.
