I think i blew a fuse on my kicker zx300.1 amp, where is it so i can change it?

The fuse should be in line with the live power cable that goes from the amp to the car battery. You should be able to replace it by buying a new fuse that matches the blown fuse. You will take out the blown fuse (usually within 2 feet of the car battery) and replace it with the new one.

The fuses blew but then smoke came out of my orion 2400.If I replace the fuses should it still work??

If you are a lucky person..maybe.. but i highly doubt it. ..Sorry.. Smoke is never a good sign when it comes from within the amplifier. Be aware i am advising according to the info you provide. Have it checked and repaired if required, it is a good amp. (find an authorized technician) dreamsystems

The amplifier blew the 35A fuse, i replace the fuse with a 40 fuse and it only works for a moment then the subs cut off. can you help me plzz im in need of bumping.

Dont use a larger fuse. You can damage the amp. Make sure your alternator cables and battery have good connections and plently of current available.

What size fuse does the XM 7676W Car Audio Amplifier take? mine blew and i got the amp from a friend so i dont know?

Do not use anything bigger than a 10amp fuse. Cheaper to replace a fuse than an amp. 10 amp is usually the standard.

Thermal switch or possibly a stressed amplifier module?

I would make shure the Plus and negitive are right. Also if it was smoking you probly blew the power supply out of amp. From to many ohms loads. Hope this helps you out
