There's a possibility that your receptor (Wide-thin thingy) is damaged. You could look up for a replacement on online Auctions, and see if that is the problem.

Other problems could include: The plug could be damaged, or it could have dust on it.

Sync wii controller tmart

t is possible that your Wii remote has "lost" its sync. You can clear all previous synced Wii remotes with your console and reconnect the ones you are using. Power off the console and unplug the power cord for a few seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn the Wii back on. At the "Health and Safety" screen, open the small door on the faceplate of the console. Hold the red sync button for at least 15 seconds. All previous syncs have been removed from your console at this point. This process does not need to be repeated to re-sync each remote. Take the first Wii remote you wish to sync and remove the door to the battery compartment. Press and release the red sync button near the batteries. Quickly press and release the red sync button on the console. The lights on the remote will flash and then illuminate the light that corresponds to that remote's position (1, 2, 3, or 4). Repeat this process for each Wii remote in any desired order.
fix it. God bless you

OK, i got a new wii remote, set it up, and now none of my wii remotes are working including the one i just set up.

Try these two synchronization processes and if it still doesn't work than contact me:
  1. Press the Power button on the Wii console to turn it on.

  2. Open the SD Card Slot cover on the front of the Wii console. Remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii Remote you wish to sync up.

  3. Press and release the SYNC button just below the batteries on the Wii Remote; the Player LED will blink. Quickly press and release the SYNC button on the inside of the SD Card compartment on the console.

  4. When the Player LED blinking stops, the syncing is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number (1 through 4).

  5. This procedure must be followed for each additional Wii Remote added to your system.

    One Time Mode Synchronization
Press the HOME Button on a Wii Remote that is synchronized with the Wii console.

  1. Select the Wii Remote Settings option from the Home Button menu.

  2. Select the Reconnect Option.

  3. Press the 1 and 2 Buttons at the same time on the Wii Remote that you want to synchronize with the console. If you are syncing multiple Wii Remotes, press the 1 and 2 Buttons on each Wii Remote immediately (without a significant pause) in the order you want them synced. The order in which you synchronize Wii Remotes determines the player order (1 through 4) for multiplayer games. The Player LED will blink during the syncing process. When the blinking stops, the connection is complete.

Remotes won't connect. put in new batteries, tried pressing red button in side remotes, all 4 blue lights are flashing on both remotes

Hello kellyanne_ma,
The Wii must be searching for remotes before one will connect. If you are trying to connect controller #1 (meaning there are none connected) and it fails, there may be a problem with your Wii.
First, remove power from the Wii by unplugging it. Wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Once powered on and you see the health/safety information press and hold the red SYNC button on your Wii for 20 seconds.
Now press the Sync button on the controller and while the blue lights are flashing, press the Sync button on the Wii.
Hopefully, that will connect the controller! If it does not, you may need to contact Nintendo!

Wii fit board won't work

Hello,

Here you have different procedures on what to do if you get that error message. Please get back to me if nothing works.

The exact procedure is:

• Even if the battery level is strong, try the following:

Remove the batteries in the Wii Fit Board for at least 1 minute…… better 15

Try these steps!

1 Turn the Wii console power OFF by pressing the POWER Button on the front of the console. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet for a few seconds. After a few seconds have elapsed, plug the cord back into the wall outlet.

2 Turn the power of the Wii console ON. When you see the Health and Safety screen, open the small flap on the front of the Wii console to find a red button labeled "SYNC." Press and hold the SYNC Button down for 15 seconds. This will clear all the syncs on the Wii, allowing you to get a clean start to begin the process described below.

3 After holding the SYNC Button on the Wii console down for at least 15 seconds, you can now "re-sync" your Wii Remotes:

a With the first Wii Remote you wish to sync, remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii Remote to find a small red button just below the batteries.

b Press and release the small red button just below the batteries on the Wii Remote; the blue lights on the front of the Wii Remote will blink.

c Quickly press and release the red SYNC button on the inside of the white flap on the front of the Wii console (picture).

d When the Player LED blinking stops and stays lit, the syncing is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number (1 through 4).

4 Start the game from the Wii Menu, then sync the Wii Balance Board from the opening screen of the game.

Hope it helped.

I have a wii fit and tried to sych it to my console. I think I held the sych button on the balance board too long and messed up the remotes. They won't work at all now. Please help! Thank You

Ensure your batteries are fresh. Ensure that the Wii Fit (or other Balance Board game) is started up completely before pressing the power button. Try turning off your wii and unplugging from the power source for a few minutes. The plug back in and turn on. At the initial warning screen press and hold the sync button on the will console for about 4 seconds. You will have to re-sync your wii remotes. Next make sure the disc for the game you are going to use the balance board with is in the system and start the game. Then try to sync the balance board.

Remotes are not working. Need help. Remotes are charged. Tried to sync several times. Unplugged console. Giving up...

You know, this really takes alot of patience. I recommend that you sync one at a time. Sync one remote, turn off the Wii (Not by unplugging it). Then turn it back on, don't turn on the one that you just used, and sync the next one, and so on. Did that help?
