Question about Fisher Price Puppy Grows & Knows Your Name
I had this same problem, i think at has something to do with windows 7, but you can change it to run in xpxp compatibility mode.
1) right click the icon for puppy grows,
2) go to properties
3) click compatibility tab
4) click/check box saying(run this programme in compatibilty mode for xp)
5) Open puppy grows icon and it should now work

It has to do with Flash player compatibility in Win 8 and 10. I did this and works perfectly !!! This also assumes that you are running in Win xp sp2 compatibility mode.
First you need to go to the folder with Flash in. On Windows XP (and I think earlier) it is usually
In Windows 7 it may be in
In there is a file called Flash[##].ocx where the ## are version number (e.g. it may be called Flash10g.ocx)
What ever it is called COPY and then paste into the same folder. This will be given a name with Copy in it.
Rename the copy to
Problem solved, as the computer now has both names it can find. That simple - Find ocx file, copy, paste, rename.
