You need to install the bluetooth module drivers from HP. Here is the location. http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=uk&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=1839146&prodNameId=1839154&swEnvOID=1093&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=ob-41446-1

I don't think the NC6320 has built-in bluetooth. You can get a really small bluetooth device on eBay. I got one and though it uses up a USB port, it provides perfect bluetooth operation, almost just like onboard.

INSTALL BLUTOOTH AND WIFI DEVICES IN MY LAPTAP

Most computers already have a blue tooth application in your OS. All you have to do is enable bluetooth devices and call them!

First of course, you need your dongle in the USB. After that you have to find the blue tooth program and here's how (if it doesn't auto detect it)

Click start, go to Control Panel. Go to Hardware and Sounds. Click on BlueTooth then follow the instructions :)

When i installing windows xp sp3 show no hard disk found

If your laptop is installed with a SATA hard disk then -
The problem is that XPinstallation CD does not have a SATA driver, unless you have a SATA drive on adisk etc. and can install the driver when XP asks for a hard drive driver then,XP cannot detect the hard disk and therefore won't install XP.The FIX.Go into the BIOS anddisable the SATA drive (enable IDE emulation), this will make XP think it is aIDE/PATA hard disk. Then you can install XP normally. When Windows hasbeen installed then install all the device drivers (including the SATA driver),then shut down and boot up and got into the BIOS and enable the SATA drive.

hi,
check if your device is enabled, you can do this by ---
right click my computer..-> properties--> hardware tab--> device manager --> right click on the blue tooth icon and clcik properties. --> check if enabled..

if it is enabled check if bluetooth is enabled at startup { type msconfig in RUN in start menu, click startup tab..check if it is enbaled in startup}... or else you have to manually switch on bluetooth each time u intend to use... hope it helps.

hope to get rated as helpful...
