Question about Heating & Cooling
1. Check to make sure you using fresh clean kerosene fuel.
2. Make sure you fill the heater and let it set for at least an hour, 2 hours is better.
3. If either of those solutions don't fix the problem, return to the store.
I have the same heater and just changed the wick. When working correctly, it should be so hot that it's uncomfortable to hold your hand 2 feet over it.
