My daughter has a 03 chevy trailblazer. Last night the heater blower quit working. The fuse box under the hood looks ok. Is there another fuse box inside? What else do I look for?

The blower fan may have burned up, or our resister may have gone bad also.

Low beams quit, high beams ok.

You have a separate fuse for the high beams and the low beams. Fuses are located in panel in driver's side of dash concealed when door is closed, or in the power distribution box under the hood on the driver's side. You have separate lamps for each (not likely since they both went out together).
The worst thing it could be, and it is very expensive for parts/labor (and you don't want to tackle this one yourself unless you are a good mechanic) is the column-mounted dimmer/cruise/wiper/washer/turn signal switch. The part alone is almost 200 bucks, and installing it requires dismantling the steering column inside the SUV.
Hope it's not that.

I changed the battery in my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer last night. Car starts and runs fine, but the majority of the interior electric components are not working. I changed out the battery relay in the fuse...

Replaced the 125A Mega Fuse ($10 from dealer). The fuse is outside the fuse box under the hood, under the connectors from the battery to the fuse box.

The heater and A/C blower just quit working. Was working ok then didn't come on again after restart

you may have blew a fuse! Depending on ur vehicle the fuse box can be located under your hood, under steering wheel or under glove box.

Heater quit blower not turning on

Check the fuse box in the car first then if that dont work check the fuse block under the hood also check for a bad relay. And if that dont fix it you may need a blower motor

Power outlets not working on 2008 Chevy Equinox

Replace the Aux Pwr fuse. On the 2008 Equinox, this fuse is in the fuse block under the hood. It is fuse number 3, 20A (yellow), located on the left side as you're looking it, in the slot immediately forward of the fuse puller tool. Way too late for Kevin256, but I just did this on my daughter's '08 Equinox and it fixed the problem.
