SOURCE: my iomega terabyte fell on

Ok this is tough because sadly it sounds like the hard drive is phisically damaged. you will need a data recovery specialist to retrieve your data they can be found easily enough on google but they dont come cheap so weigh up the expense to the importance of retrievel. the problem is if it was software or bad clusters theres algorythem software out there to put it right but as it is making a noise it would show that the reading arm inside have probably broken meaning the hard drive needs to be taken apart and the disks reading individually hence the specialist needed

Sadly no, hard drives have moving parts that go broke really easy especially under shocks. Just take it back to where you bought it from and hope for replacement. Don't mention that it fell off though.

My Iomega prestige just fell to the floor during a process of writing some files, it got ejected and now when I plug it in, it tries to get read and it sound like the disk is moving but then the computer...

If you're lucky it only caused logical damage. If not you need a lab to recover the files.

With the drive plugged in, right click on "My Computer" or Computer and select Manage. Click continue or allow on any popups

when the MMC loads click on disk management on the left and wait for the drive info to load.

Reply back with each drives information and we'll help determine which solution will work for you.

Clicking noise

The clicking comes fro damage done to the read/write head hitting either the swing stop or the heads are out of alignment and clicking the edge pf the platters. The drive is mechanically damaged and cannot be serviced with extensive cost. If you need the data, you will have to get the drive to a data retrieval company.

I don't know this hard drive to well but I know that when a hard drive is dropped/fallen onto the floor, it probably won't work seeing as they are fragile. You'll have to phone the company that created/imported this drive because they'll have the spare parts to fix it.

I have no idea what's wrong with the HD, but since mine is dead, I strongly recommend removing your info while it's still working. At least you got a little warning in advance. As well, I've found that Iomega was pretty cool about exchanging faulty equipment, that's still under warranty. If you go in there on your own, you void the warranty.
Best of luck
