this must be a troja or a virus and the mesage that pops up bears no relevance as XML is a exel type file along with a HTTP address number.
Click start>run, then type msconfig and in the next window, look at the startup tab and look in the list for anything that relates to XML and untick it.
Click apply and then reboot the pc and then click don't show again when a windows pops up and says that you have changed system settings.
The notification should not now pop up.
