My Canon MF4270 is stuck printing out 1 invoice from Quickbooks and won't print my list of invoices to go out. I have unplugged the printer from both the computer and the power source and it continues to keep printing the same 1 invoice. It also flashes an error message to load the correct paper cassette but then when I press OK just keeps printing the same 1 invoice each time I say OK.

I had the same cr@p of the problem yesterday. The problem was not in the paper. You have to do 2 simple things, from which one will solve the problem.
first, download the latest drivers and install them.
And the more important thing, the problem occurred due to incorrect paper format. Solution is very simple. Open MS word or something similar, file->print.. and before you print open Properties menu. There for the Output Size will be selected "Match Page Size". you don't want that (i don't know why it doesn't work), but the solution is manually select A4, or whatever your page size is.

The problem seems to come from comparability the software creating the document and the printer. I have the same problem in printing Spread Sheet of Microsoft Works. But I do not have problems in printing Word of Microsoft Works, Notepad, Word pad or PDF file.

check under printer driver, paper size.Usually the default paper size iz ltr. change it to A4 if you wana print on A4.

On the control panel for the printer, there's a Feed Switch button that's easily touched by accident. Ensure the Feed Switch is set to the paper source you're using (e.g. either the back or front). The graphic of the printer next to the Feed Switch button will light up to indicate the paper tray it's attempting to use.
