I connected the machine to the computer but it doesn´t appears anything. How do I transfer the pictures to my computer? I´ve done this several times and it worked before

Do a soft reset on the phone by removing the battery. I know it sounds dumb but in many cases it works.

Do a hard reset, there is a setting in the menu to put the set in monochrome mode, i think that is what has happened
