This gun is a break barrel or break action gun. Hold the stock in your left hand and pull down on the barrel with your right. Once the barrel is down you feed your pellet right into the chamber. Pull back up to set the barrel ready to fire.

Video on calking tub to floor

I would suggest using 'relief cuts' in the strip so you can make the bend, and then continue -- though using a caulk gun would be better. With standard caulk you can just use your finger and a little water to leave a nice finish. I believe you will find it cheaper as well -- a tube of caulk is around 2 or 3 dollars -- and a caulk gun is a dollar or so.

Cant move caulking gun handle

There should be a thumb release on the shaft at the handle end, press with your thumb and then pull back with the other hand on the shaft. If you have a used tube in the gun, it could be that some of the caulk came out the inside of the tube and hardened so that you cannot pull back the shaft, you will now have to cut the tube off with a utility knife to remove the old dried caulk

What's a good caulking gun to buy?

For professional work I use the Ryobi 18 volt gun which is a bit more expensive than your basic gun like a Workforce 60:20 gun.

How do i use the Stanley caulk gun?

All Caulk gun are used the same way no matter which model you have, hear are the instractions
  • Load a tube of caulk into a caulking gun, making sure it's well seated at both ends

  • Use a utility knife to cut the tip of the spout. Cut off as little as possible, taking into consideration the size of the 'bead' of caulk you need. Some people like to cut the spout at an angle, while others cut it straight; it doesn't make a big difference

  • If using caulk that comes in a cardboard tube, look for a second seal at the base of the spout. Insert a nail or awl through the spout to puncture the seal. Many caulking guns come with such a puncturing device. (Plastic tubes usually don't have a second, inner seal.)
