Check your door sensors. Make sure they are pointed at one another and the small light on each one is lit and not flickering. Tweak them a little. If you cannot get both lights to work you have a bad sensor.

Have you checked the tracks on both sides? If the door closes when you hold the wall button there may be an obstruction or a bad guide. This could exert enough resistance to make it stop and reverse. Holding the wall button allows it to keep going past the problem.

It sounds like your door sensors may be bad or misaligned. Make sure the small light on each sensor is lit and not flickering. That could be the cause of your having to hold the wall button down until the door is closed. You can buy a universal remote but if you only had one remote before it could be the receiver that has quit. A new remote would not fix that but the only way to find out is to try.

Use the pull cord and disconnect the opener from the door.

Operate the opener and let the carrier slide back away from the door.

Is the carrier moving smoothly when disconnected?

Next, lift the door by hand from the bottom to the top. Is it moving smoothly?

If not, lubricate the axles of all the rollers on both sides of the door.

Check the cable pulleys at the top sides of the door channel, lubricate them as

well. Are all cables in all the pulleys, there are 4.

After checking those things, there is a "up force" and "down force"

adjustment on the opener, try increasing the "up force" by turning the

adjustment in the direction of MORE force.

Give me some thumbs up if this helps you.

If the main light is flashing 10 times when the door reverses you have a door sensor problem. Make sure they are pointed at each other and the small light on each one is lit and not flickering. Tweak them if necessary. If you cannot get the small lights to both come on you have bad sensors.

Wall mount button LED is flashing, remotes won't work, door won't close unless the wall mount button is held down until the door is fully closed

Sounds like you have a couple problems. First of all press and hold the button on the wall control that has a lock icon for 3 seconds and release. This should take care of the flashing LED and the remotes will now work. Having to hold the button on the wall control until the door is closed is usually a problem with the door sensors. Make sure they are pointed at one another and the small light on each is lit and not flickering.

I have no idea what a 132C2105-3B is but try this. Hold the button down on the remote and then press and immediately release the smart/learn button. If the remote is the correct one for your opener it should work.
