Which one? Lower rear side? It requires a 36 inch long, 1/2 inch drive extension and an 18 mm socket with a good sized breaker bar, it's REALLY tight. You get it from the passenger side wheel well

The copies are dirty, with black long tracks!


I would suggest either a fuser problem, If all Colors affected, or the Black Toner Cartridge. The Below chart may help isolate which component is malfunctioning.
