Question about Logitech Z-2300 Computer Speakers
Hi and welcome to FixYa!
As a first course of action please try your equalizer if the bass volume is up. If the bass volume is up and the problem still persists then it's got to be an internal problem. The circuit board of the speaker is surely faulty that's why it only produces a minimum bass sound.
Let's just hope that the bass volume is down so you can adjust it. It may cost you for the repair so purchasing a new one is really suggested.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
