The firmware might have got corrupted this might of happened due to
virus attack or due to sudden removal of the battery when the phone is
on or due to sudden switch off of the phone when the battery charge was
low ...
this firmware problem can be solved by giving the restore factory settings(reset) ...
after this your problems will be solved ....
if
the same problem persists then you must take your cell to flashing
.....(there is a less chance to do this , 99% sure your problem will be
solved in the previous step only )
