I have a Tectrix stepper but have misplaced the power transformer (part number 13007). Is there any way to get a replacement for such an outdated model?

Those are always marked on the bearing shield itself. Look for a number that looks like this: RS 6802 RS or 6104 R.... it will be a letter/3 or 4 digit number/ letter combination.

You should check your power supply for proper voltage output first. Check for at least 110v. The following video will show you how to use a multimeter.
