I have a side by side GE Fridge with ice cube and water dispenser in the freezer door. The water line funning along the inside of the door hinge (from the bottom to the water dispenser) freezes. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? All elements of the system (water solenoids and ice maker) are in working order.
