How can I open the battery door, it is stuck?

Like the manual shows you have to slide the cover and than it will come up.
But if you managed to put the batteries in the wrong way around, or even worse if you let them in for a very long time the door can be blocked by some pressure.
Please press the battery cover down, before you try to open it.
Perhaps you should knock or tap with a finger. Not to much force, but a few taps on the cover. Than again press is down, while sliding outwards. As soon as it moves, careful slide it further till it opens.

Midland walkietalkies -how do you put in new

You have to remove the belt clip, then the battery cover. There is a locking tab at the top of the belt clip.

To remove the belt clip, press the LOCK TAB down , then gently pull the belt clip up toward the top of the radio.

Then remove the battery cover, press near the seam and slide the cover down:

Replace the batteries, observing polarity.
Slide the cover back on until it locks in place.
To install the belt clip, slide the clip down into the slot on the back
of the radio until the belt clip lock clicks.

Hope this helps! If you need more help, please ask!

Water damage

1. Remove the back cover of your phone. To do so, you will have to press down on the silver latch while sliding the cover off toward the top of the phone.
2. Remove the battery from inside of the phone. Be sure to place it somewhere where it will not be damaged. Locate a silver hatch; this is where the SIM card is stored.
3. To undo the silver hatch, slide it in the direction that says "Unlock." Then, flip it upwards so that only one end of it remains attached to the BlackBerry. Carefully remove the SIM card.
4. Replace the SIM card after a few seconds. It should fit back into its place in the exact same way you found it. Lock the silver hatch by laying it back down over the SIM card, and then sliding it the opposite way you had unlocked it before (to the side that says "Lock"). Put the battery back in as well (by fitting one end at a time). Replace the cover (make sure the silver button latches).
5. Turn the phone back on. The "SIM Card Error" message should be gone.

Can you please advise me on removing the back to fit my new sim card Regards

Hi,

To remove the battery and/or cover from the phone, follow the steps and diagrams below:

To remove the cover, lift up (1) press and slide the section of the phone upward.

Installing the SIM card, make sure the gold contacts of the SIM card are facing down before attempting the insertion. Slide the SIM card into the SIM card socket.

Note: The data stored on the SIM card can be damaged if the card is sctrached or bent during installation, so be very careful when installing the SIM card.

Slide the battery into the compartment so that the tabs on the end align with the slots at the bottom of the device and the metal contacts line up with the those on the device. Lightly press down on the battery until it slips into place

Lastly, Place the battery cover onto the back of the phone (the tabs at the top of the battery cover should interlock in the body chassis). Lower the battery cover down until it is flush with the phone.

Thanks.

I don,t know how battery cover opens so i can install the batterys,

The battery cover is the bulged part of the plastic, on mine it's a gray color compared to the black body. with the LCD screen to the left and the gray cover to the right, gently press down on the part of the battery cover nearest the LCD screen and press to the right.
That should open it up and get you to the batteries.

My battery wont charge and i can't get the cover the battery off. how do I get it off?

Hello,

To get the direction to take off the back cover of the phone depends on the type of the phone you are trying to get the back cover off. But for all phones, it is either you press down the back cover then slide it down as you press it down.

Another way is that there used to be a hook by the top of the back cover, press it down and gently slide down the back cover. Or you look around the back cover to see where it is being hooked so you release it from there and lift off the back cover.

If this does not help, please state the exact type of motorola phone you are trying to get the back cover off. Also, try out the charger on another phone to see if the fault is not from the charger.

Hope this helps.
